Is kavos a party island?

Kavos is a dirty place. Also the drinks are basically full of crap and dodgy fake booze that isn't monitored or regulated (windscreen fluid anybody?), but again, it will be like this in the other resorts too.
There are no McDonald's near by, but there are other fast food restaurants. You may have parties 24 hours per day at the city of Kavos but not in the apartment.
Kavos is surprisingly cheaper than many other partying holiday hotspots so for a good week away (without too much budgeting) you should be looking to spend around 750€. Drinking in Kavos isn't too expensive, with a bottle of beer costing around €2.50 in a bar and up to €4 in a club.
The most beautiful villages of Corfu
Kalami, Kassiopi and Agni are within easy reach to the north, Corfu Town to the south. If you don't mind pebbles then the sheltered beach is one of the prettiest on the island, with clear waters perfect for snorkelling. Kaminaki and its shingle beach are a little further along to the south.
